Vacancy: Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager (Commission-Based)

Nextreme MMA is one of the fastest-growing MMA organizations in the country. As we continue to expand our events, we are constantly looking for strong sponsors and business partners who share our vision and want to help expand the sport.

We are therefore looking for a driven Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager who is able to secure new sponsors and establish valuable business partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach potential sponsors and business partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with companies.
  • Present and sell sponsorship packages.
  • Develop creative partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Nextreme MMA within your professional network.

Who We’re Looking For

This is not a standard sales position. Sponsorship within the combat sports industry requires a unique approach. We are primarily looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong business network.
  • Already has connections within the business, sports, or events industry.
  • Has an affinity with MMA, kickboxing, or combat sports in general.
  • Can work independently.
  • Is results-driven and able to identify opportunities others may overlook.
  • Experience in sales, sponsorship, account management, or business development is a strong advantage.
